You probably have a combination of problems. You might have leaking
injector(s) introducing fuel into the chambers, but you would still need an
ignition source. An ignition source could be carbon. But, even if this were
true, you should have no pressure in your fuel line when the ignition is
off. Maybe you also have a sticking relay? I don't think it could be just
one thing.
