Slow down, slow down. Breath. OK, now-
The fuel Distributor is probably not at fault. Consider that you just
replaced the Inserts. I take it these are the Injector Inserts, right?
Ok then you prob. just fixed a bunch of prev air leaks so the car is now
in a different state of adjustment. By that I mean the air to fuel ratio
is not the same any more.
What did the Tune include? New cap, rotor, plugs, filter, other
replaceable parts? And/Or adjusting the idle screw, or the air mixture
adjustment? Timing checked? O2 sensor (your '81 _has_ one, right?)
unplugged? What does the car do then?
Gotta get back to fundamentals, OK? Then we'll see. I bet the Dist. is
not at fault.
