    9.99 !!!
average emissions statewide at 2500 rpms are as follows: hc 0031, co
00.20
at idle:hc 0037, co 00.10

would i be wasting my money if i replaced the cat?  it seems to be okay
(no visible signs of damage, no rattling)... would a bad cat and O2
sensor cause readings this high?
