No Scirocco's came with power locks...  your car is possessed!!!!   Sell it
asap to the first sucker that comes along!!!

Seriously, power locks would be vacuum operated.  I don't think there are
wires in the doors for them, although I don't know for sure (never owned any
with power locks)
