body kit question, Greg Raven's book

Hi all,

I was just flipping through Greg Raven's "Water-Cooled Volkswagen
Performance Handbook", looking for things to spend money on, when I
noticed the Scirocco on page 8 (black, euro lights, euro bumpers). I
really like the look of the front air dam. Does anyone know what this body
kit is?
