The new pair I bought had the end caps molded onto the strips, making it one
piece.  The old ones had the separation.  I'll put in for a new pair
tho'.....after four years, they do get a little warped...or maybe it was
just the hot New Mexico sun...who knows....but I'm in for another pair if
we're doing a group purchase.
