I would shop around for a replacement speedo (cluster). Which unit and
manufacturer do you have? (120, 140, VDO / Motometer, etc) There's a
small speedo needle calibration / needle rest mark down on the face. Did
you use it to realign the needle when you reassembled the unit? There's

My knee-jerk advice reaction would be to suggest a switch to 20w/50 and
see what happens. This should boost your oil pressure to a tolerable
level.
