Plastic inserts/adjusters on S-II Euro lamps

Anyone know where I can get some replacement plastic inserts for the H4
fixture on my S-II Euro lamps?  Two of the inserts that pop into the main
frame of the whole assembly are broken, one adjuster and one non-adjuster.
The inserts from the stock US spec headlamps are NOT the same, already
tried.

I was going to try Potterman or that P.U.M.A. place.  I don't want to
rummage the junkyards or spend weeks hunting for these things.
