RE: Insurance claim problems. Advice needed!
Wise advice - I forgot to mention that. If you go in there mad and seem
defensive (or offensive), they are going to go on the defensive as well.
OTOH, if you can come up with reasons that it is in their best interest to
help you, and convince them that they are in fact helping you, and show them
sincere appreciation for their help, they're going to get all these warm
fuzzies and they won't be able to stick to their guns and play hardball.
