I would not remove it! Even in TO.
By the way, when I lived in TO, I used Conti Contacts in the winter. I believe all season tires are for California in
August :-)
Anyways, those winter tires helped me in those few occasions where TO closed because of a few centimeters of snow. And when
the regular sprinkling of snow melted in the sun then the water froze, I could still drive around the fender benders.
