NOS where cani get a set-up for cheap? Potterman?

I went looking for a NOS kit tonight and the cheapest i could find was 
510.00. I think that's a good price but they labeled it as a kit for 89-? 
GTI''s they didn't have a listing for CIS cars.  Autotech has a kit for 685 
complete.  Potterman do you sell NOS kits?  Could you mail me a quote?
