That's easy. No one has done the 20v head before so it makes it an easy
excuse
to put in the magazine and get great publicity! I noticed that there was

absolutely no apparent performance difference, too. -pretty goofy if you
ask
me... However, I'm guessing that there should be a higher hp potential
if it
were to be tweeked.
