20v Rabbit in Sep. EC

Has anyone read the article yet??  My question is about the head.  They said 
the 20v head is rated at 125 bhp and 125 lb-ft of torque.  This is 
retardedly similar to the 16v head figures.  Can someone list the benefits 
of the 20v head over the 16v head for me.  Does it have a better rpm band?
