speedo gear?

Heya all you hep cats!!!
Can anyone tell me what color gear that I would need to run a 120, 140, 
and 160 speedo? I think I am asking the correct question. I want to 
replace my speedo with a faster one. Instead of finding the gauge 
cluster (wich is next to impossible around here) couldn't I just make my 
gauge faces and get the correct gear drive? Huh? Come on moma...talk to 
me...
