4 speed to 5 speed conversion tips pls.

We, my buddy Al & I, are swapping a 1.7L into a '78 which has a 4 speed
currently. (Heh heh, hooked him on Sciroccos baby!)

As the engine and tranny are staying intact I am wondering which linkage
bits are need to graft over to make the 5 speed work.
