Okay...lots of input!
Although I like Riley's last idea best:

Coaxes in kickpanels. 
6.5 and 5.25 Mids in bottom of door.
Tweets in dash.

Would it be better to mount the tweets facing up on the glass rather 
than have them face the passengers? Instead, couldn't I put them up high 
in the doors, facing the opposite passenger? I don't have much experince 
with front stage, as you can see... As for bass that's another question!

I think rear fill would be pointless in such a small car... But would 
putting the 5.25 mid in the rear do the job? I could then just have the 
6.5 mid and the tweet in the door and the coaxes in the kickpanels aimed 
at the opposite passenger?

I wish i could virtual reality this setup.

Here's my 2 cents: Put the 6.5" woofers low in the doors.  Put the 5.25"
components in the kick panel.  Either leave the coaxes out altogether or
put them in the side panels on either side of the rear seats, using a
low-pass crossover set at 1khz or so.  I don't really think you're going 
to
need all those drivers... and they don't go together too well anyway.

What you might want to try, then, is putting the coaxes in the 
kickpanels,
the 5.25" woofers in the doors, and the tweets in the dash, firing up 
into
the glass.  Imaging will be a little weird in terms of depth but you'll
still have a decent stage height (and it'll be BRIGHT).  Stick the 
woofers
in the rear for fill.  Or you could stick them in the doors too.

No matter what you do with that many speakers, I have a feeling you're
going to need at least a 1/3 octave EQ.  :)
