another problem!!

ok I went to move my 84 rocco and the freakin shifter went threw the 
floor!!it looks like the  round nylon ball is worn out the spring and every 
thing else gos threw the hole in the nylon ball what the heck do I do 
now??how do replace the nylon part or can i?? this car is a pain in da 
ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!
