I highly recomend stitches myself. Try and stop the bleeding first and if
its not too deep, butterfly stitches work great as they dont leave the
frankenstein scar.

Sometimes the bolt will continue to screw into the hub and it can be
removed that way. Either way, you will probably need to remove the hub
from the car. In the proccess, you will probably destroy the wheel
bearing. It might be easiest to just buy a new hub and bearing and have
it changed. HTH! (and I hope your chin feels better too!)
