Remedy for a sheared lug bolt

Today, as I was tightening my lug bolts one decided to break off.  In the 
process I bounced my face off the car and split open my chin.  Pretty 
stoopid huh?  Anyway, what is the best way to fix this?  Should I find 
another hub (anyone have a spare), or should I take mine to a machine shop 
and have them drill and re-tap?  Plus, is it ok to drive a little while on 
three lug bolts?
