just a thought about this on my end. i use my car to deliver pizza. if the 
ccost of gas rose to over $2.00/gal, i would lobby for another dollar to be 
added to the delivery charge. i think the whole pricing thing will illustrate 
the "snowball" effect if it keeps increasing.
