Re: porsche..was 0-60 SB bilstiens, now a comparison

out of the box yes, but I'd hve to opinionate that taking the total 
money spent on a porsche 944 turbo, you can make a Corrado go just as 
fast, if not faster. Though fwd you can make the suspension handle 
like a rwd, and again, still carry 4 people. You give me 10gs and I'd 
buy a G60 corrado, take the remaining 5gs and net 300hp, whereas i'd 
be sitting on a stock porsche. Don't get me wrong I LOVE Porsches 
especially my friends twin turbo 400something hp is it? theres no 
comparason, but for that ammount of money I can have an awd
350+hp Corrado..again and carry 4 people..oh and not get my car 
stolen or keyed as easily =] =] Maybe it's jut me but i'd turn down  
Porsche for a comparable VW. (don't forget insurance) I'm not a 
millionaire  yet.

The scirocco in no way can compare to a Porsche no matter what you do 
to it, nor can any other VW..well maybe an audi TT? cept the Corrado,
it's soo damn close to the Porsche legacy in styling, handling and 
prowess.

on a note about Corrados, supposidly going to have someone from 
Florida come over tomorrow to look at and buy, he sounds serious, 
tonight may be the last time I get to drive her, sniff, damn I'm 
gonna miss my Corrado, so I ate a  modified Probe v6 today =]
Spent 3 hours detailing it, and noted EVERY possible flaw with the 
car, maybe if i can come up with enough problems (thing is there are 
no major problems and hardly any minor ones) he wont want it and i'll 
get to drive it a bit more.
