Trailing arm mounting stud sheared off

Ok so you see from the header what happened. For the record I was removing
to get it bead blasted and painted.  So one stud is sheared off and I'm not
sure of the procedure to replace it.  I saw someone else asked this
question not too long ago so somebody must know, I hope.  Thanks.
