Black 16V, PA plates in Kensington MD - is it you?

This past weekend I saw a black 16V Scirocco in my neighborhood with PA
plates, Tectonic Stickers, and a Techtonic license plate frame.
(obviously an enthusiast)

I think it also had a momo steering wheel.
