I'm pretty darn sure that you could make this test a lot simpler by just
running 12v to the cold start valve and seeing if it sprays fuel while you jump
the fuel pump relay.
Just my $.02
-Josiah (that's how I'm planning on testing mine tomorrow- then seeing if
12v is getting to it when I crank the engine over with it cold... this will
require a helper)
