Re: Trip Computer Problem

My Roc is an '89 Europian Scala.
Where are the wires on the engine side???
Are they on the left hand side (if seating in drivers seat, left
or right drive)???There are 4 or 5 wires go into a small silver
box (I think this is the brains of the computer) in the tray on top
of the firewall (bulkhead), which I accidently
cut the -tive feed (due to a cheap alarm being shadily installed!!)
which stopped both the trip computer working and the alternator.Once
reconnected, everything worked fine.I will hopefully be working on
my Roc this weekend,so if I find anything out about mine I will let
you know.

Cheers,

	Ewen.

Depending on your year of car...there is supposed to be a white plug
with
nothing attatched....should have a blue with white stripe and a brown
wire going to it....used for testing of the fuel system...
