First, you must be smarter than the anti rattle clips your working on.
(Sorry, had to say it, its been said to me so much it comes out
naturally...)
I usually have the pads installed, then try to manuver the clip to where
the clip in the middle of the clip gets behind the carrier and the
caliper while the outside part of the clip is positioned into its final
resting place. Then the tricks is to keep the entire clip istalled while
you somehow hold the brake pad out far enough to get the remaining part
of the clip behind the pad and the carrier. Make any sense? This is
definately one of those things thats best left -shown- than described.
