RE: installing monowiper/FUBA antennae/power locks/junkyard near Wash, DC

I'm looking to do the same monowiper install (waiting for the
new motor/linkage to arrive from the UK), and here's what I've
heard/figured out so far.

The single wiper will mount in the passenger hole, which on my
car, is dead center. The second driver's side hole can be filled with
(as I'm planning on) a mountain bike handlebar end plug. :) Those can
be cut to size, and painted. I'm sure you can even find a gray one if
you look hard enough.
FYI: From looking at a dual-wiper linkage I had sitting around,
I think I see how you'd have to modify it to run a single wiper, but it
would require some metal fabrication, and wouldn't work as well as a
real monowiper setup. Let me know if you want my ideas on that.

We've got some good yards up here in MA. If a grey fender shows
up, I'll snag it for you. BTW, for anyone else interested, there's a
real nice Black wolfsburg sitting in the yard. Anyone need any parts?
It's missing the rear seat, and the driver seat isn't great, but it HAD
the passenger seat last weekend. I removed the rear light assemblies,
and someone had taken the stereo out. NICE body panels, and some decent
engine stuff left. Anyone interested?
