Bushings

This weekend Im putting a complete suspension on my car. I was wondering if
anyone knew of somewhere I could get a bushing replace kit?

Or if not what  bushings should I replace on a car with 125K.....and should
I go Poly? Whats the advatage/dissadvantage?
