I had a weel bearing (front) go on my 1987 rocco. I jacked up the
front, and hand turned the wheel, The noise should be heard quite
clearly. Also, if it is a throbbing type of noise (crr...crr...crr.) you
might try marking your tyre with chalk, and driving slow, see if noise
occurs in time with the wheel's revolution.
