I have yet to install my Fuba, so I would like to know this stuff too...
But, I can answer one question for you, West Coast Metric sells a
plug...it's $2-3.....

I'd like to know that too, I bought the VW Motorsport leather knob(it's
pretty damn nice) and I'd like a new boot too...
