Re: cold starts - questions

If temperature is below +35 Celsius it should spray fuel. The time is dependent
on temperature and at zero degrees or below it should be going 8 seconds.

When engine is started it shoulds idle somewhere at 1400 RPM and in 5 minitus
time go down to about 950 RPM.

For getting it working, is your ignition set right and you have good spark?
Next thing to check is your fuel ackumulator were the pump is, can it hold
pressure above 1bar for at least 1hour, and that the fuel isn't going back to
the tank. Check your injektors, including coldstartinjektor so that they
doesn't leak when the motor are shut off.

Don't forget to check your CO, if it is wrong you can have difficlutis
starting.
