Since the allen bold is stripped and will need to be replaced anyways, just
drill out the head of the bolt. Get a drill bit that is just a hair larger
than the threaded size of the bolt and drill into the head of the bolt
until you've gotten far enough to simply remove the head. Then the manifold
will come off, allowing you to get a set of vice grips on the remaining
portion of the bolt. Should come our really easy. Be patient!
Otherwise, can you get vice grips on the bolt? (I dont know which bolt on
the manifold that has stripped on you.)
The third oprion is a chissel....... ew!
HTH!
