        I had Cibies and now I have another brand (made in India) and I am
not as happy with them.  The bulb quality sucks, I have had them a month and
the guy I bought them from new installed the bulbs and two have blown already.
        I am neutral about the new lights, but the throw plenty of light.
        For my H4's he had these "blue" lights and they are great, but I
blew one a week after installing them and I was in the middle of no where in
Maine when it happened... 

        Cibies (great) /  New ones (eh.)
