H1/H4 headlights

  I noticed JCWhitney was selling H4's with 80/100 bulbs for under 20
bucks.  I know they arent Hella or Cibie so what are they?  Anyone know
they brand name they sell, if so, heard anything good/bad with respect to
Hella and/or Cibie or any other type of H4 for that matter.
