I know that there are 3 smaller intake valves but arent they in a Pentagon
kinda formation? That would put the top of the valve in a strange place for
the middle intake.  I still havent looked but another though is a rocker arm
for the middle.  Then of course I could be (very likely) totally wrong.  I'll
look someday.
