tempurature light

OK...I received all the letters from the list about the temp light, but I
don't remeber anything about them and I think that mine might be a little
different.
	
	  I was driving to work with no problems, then I saw the light
start flashing and it stayed on.  I waited a couple of seconds for the
light to go out, but it never did so while still driving I shut off the
ignition and waited about 2 seconds and turned the ignition back on and
the light went away and never came back.  Could this be a faulty signal
from something going bad...

Similar problem: Extreme loss of power in all areas turn off
ignition...wait seconds...turn ignition back on...problem is gone being
that the knock-sensor control unit or sensor itself needs to be reset
(something like that).  I read that  from a FAQ on the knock-sensor and
ever since I started doing that the problem has recurred less and less.
