I had the same as this, only they busted the "wing" (?) window in addition 
to the driver's window and totally screwed up the driver's side door lock 
too.  As with yours, this happened to the previous owner and he put in a 
half-decent Sony. I'm still finding a glass pellet now and then :)
Someday I have to replace the door handle and locking mechanism.  I'm 
tired of having to crawl thru the passenger side to lock the door!  I 
just want to get all the locks replaced at once so I only have 1 key.
