Re: Advance Timing on a 16v? Speedy response please
Now, i didnt get all this story, so bear with me, but i stopped by the
local vw shop in houston here..the best in houston, and i was talking w/
one of the mechanics and he said that they had in a scirocco that was
stock except for a new exhaust, supertrapp and retarded timing. now even
the mechanic had that 'i dunno' look when i looked up about the
retarded timing..and all he had to say was, "it looked to work" he could screech
in 2nd.
