Notes
As was the case with my previous car, a Polar Silver 1987 16v , this car seems to be destined for the wrecker. An accident right before Christmas 2000 caused around $5000CDN damage to the front and rear, and although my insurance company agreed to pay 100% of the repair bill, I'm not sure I want to rebuild this car one more time. This Scirocco has some bad karma, and Tornado Red just ain't my thing. It's a shame, because the car really was in mint condition right before the accident, but stay tuned. Just as this car featured a lot of what made my first Scirocco great, my next Scirocco will be built almost entirely from what made this one outstanding.
