Used Arkay turbo setup

So I found this on Craig's List.  Here is what the seller wrote:
"I never used the turbo kit myself.  I bought it years ago from a guy who
pulled it from a Rabbit GTI.  I saw the car running, many times.  He was
laying down some pretty decent numbers.  Something like 220 HP, if I recall?
Or maybe 202 HP? I'll see if I can find the files on my computer, with the
info.

It is the "Stage 3" kit, or Intercooled, w/ fuel & spark control. The turbo
is definitely still in good condition.   Plus there is an additional turbo,
w/ an additional manifold too.  (The second turbo could probably use a
rebuild, but I have never seen it run)  Here's a couple of pics of what's
all included.  Looking to get $1000 for everything.  Plus I do have some
other goodies that were going to get used with this kit, but the project has
been cancelled at this point.   Volvo 6 pot fuel distributor, dual radiator
fans, Complete cylinder head rebuild parts. (new intake, and exhaust valves,
new keepers, lifters, seals, guides, etc. All German parts)"

Anyone think it is worth $1000?  From what I have read the Arkay turbo kits
used an IHI RHB5 turbo.  Here is a thread on Hortex about it and at the end
the guy selling this kit chimes in

After watching all the turbos at the track today I have an extreme need for
one.
