Two things to do right now.



I was expecting you to tell us to get a bolt kit installed in light of
Joe's woes! And of course that would take care of the fresh gear oil issue,
and likely outer bell housing sludge too. Clean engine parts also let you
see when new drips start, if there's already a pile of greasy crap on the
outside it's harder to tell what's new. But that's a good point about the
grunge, I never thought of it in terms of heat dissipation. And one more
thing, don't use gloss black paint, it makes oil drips hard to spot.
