OT: Bit Torrent Speeds

45 is fine.  It'll get there.  As a part-time amateur on cable on public 
trackers, I rarely get above 60.  It will never max out your pipe unless 
you are an addict on a T1 or something.  Just make sure you're sending 
up at a reasonable rate (20?) by poking a hole in your firewall(s) and 
it will be as fast as it can.  Throttle up speed down to 10 and leave it 
sharing to a ratio of 1 or more once you have it.

The point is to distribute bandwidth, not expedite transfers.
