Help needed with 16V CIS-E!!



Well, clearly, this isn't right. The injectors should not spray until the air flow plate has moved off it's stop.
Sounds like there is something wrong internally with the fuel distributor.
All I can suggest is that perhaps the stop holding the pin into the fuel distributor is deformed. (It does have a stop? Doesn't it?)

As far as the pressure in the injector line I believe that is only a function of the spring loaded pintle in the injector and how much pressure it takes to open it. 

I believe I have a spare fuel distributor that you can try. Send me an email or call me.
