What's that tool called?

I have had that problem in three different scirocco's.  I wonder if that is
my problem also.  I have done similar test but could never figure out where
it was exactly coming in from.  Be carful with that impact screwdriver as
you may shatter your hatch window.  Why do you need an impact any ways?
