Use of foam as insulator?
Bed liner is ah.......bed liner.
It's not designed to suppress noise. It's designed to protect the bed from
nicks and scratches.
>From what I've seen Duplicolor bed liner is only a slightly thick paint.
Nowhere thick enough to change the resonate frequency of the sheet metal.
If you want noise suppression look for something designed to do that.
