white smoke on startup

i dont have a cat on my car i take those power hogging things off
i put some no smoke in the car and changed the oil and its not smoking as much so thing are better but now i got this electrical problem my dash lighs will flicker while driveing it but as i give it throutle it kind of changes the rate of flicker im not sure what it is probily some ground any have any ideas

Bear in mind that once warmed up a catalytic converter will "convert" oil
smoke and perhaps coolant smoke to some level.
If the engine is smoking heavily it'll take out the cat pretty quickly
though. Then not only will it smoke, but the performance will deteriorate.
