That's the best you can do? 9 years?
I don't have the plethora of rocco's that some of you guys have, but I've
owend my 85 1/2 since early 1988. Bought it with right around 40k on it. The
car is now over 200k. And that is with it being off the road now for a year
and a half recently and also spending a lot of time sitting in the garage
while I rotated driving all the cars.

The Sciroccos keep us young. Or at least young at heart.

How old were you when you bought that car? I seem to
recall that we're exactly the same age (give or take a few
hours) so you had to have just started driving when you got
it, no?
The ones I've had the longest are my white 16v from
1998-present, and the '86, 1993-1996 and 2002-present.
