Help - Trying to get my Steering Column Out!

Flat Metal Spring Steel that presses against the rubber collar.  I found the
trick to gettting it out.  It has two ears with a gap between them if you
drive a small screwdriver on top of the spring clip through that gap it
pulls the ears up while pressing the flap down and it pops out.  I will take
pictures later and document how to do it.

Getting it bakc in is a matter of pushing it over the flap and into the
slots that hold the ears.  Doesn't look too hard.
