Congrats to Jill!  I know she's excited about it.  My first reaction is a protective one.  I know I was a little crazy when I got my license and I thought I could do anything, but she seems to have a good attitude about it and has been around these cars for long enough, so I'm sure she'll be a natural.  :-)
