Hey, I don't mind you expressing an opinion; in fact I wholeheartedly
support you having an opinion.  Furthermore, I actually agree with what
you've said about the war in Iraq being a huge mess.  It's done nothing
to continue the chaos over in the Middle East, which was pretty much the
point, as far as I can tell.  As long as it is unstable, there'll be
more resources for the US to consume without the interference of any
other nations getting in our way.

However, what I totally disagree with is the manner in which you are
firebombing everyone else on this list.  If you haven't noticed, on
thread or off thread, the one COMMON thread to the Scirocco-l is the
fact that we're usually pretty respectful of each other regardless of
whether we're talking MegaSquirt and compression testing or politics and
Cheerios.  

So, in closing, if you want to encourage a healthy discussion with your
fellow listers, drumming up bad vibes with some people offlist and then
verbally abusing the entire group with a barrage of insults is probably
not the best way to go.  Just a suggestion.
